Rizwan Yargatti is an accomplished culinary professional with over 17 years of experience in the
hospitality industry. Armed with an MBA in International Hospitality & Business Culture and an
IRCA certification for Lead Auditor, Rizwan has traversed a colorful journey across India, Europe,
and the Middle East. Currently, he is a passionate facilitator dedicated to nurturing young minds
in the service sector. His extensive experience spans fine dining kitchens, luxury hotels, and
innovative culinary ventures, making him a versatile and knowledgeable leader in the field.

Rizwan’s dedication to culinary education and innovation has earned him several accolades. He
was re-designated as Program Head for Culinary Arts in November 2020 and later as HOD –
Culinary Arts in September 2023. He was nominated for Best Culinary Faculty by the Indian
Federation of Culinary Association in 2019 and for the ICCR chair in 2020. His expertise has been
featured in podcasts and interviews, highlighting his significant contributions to the field.

Prior to working in Mumbai and Nashik with Accor Hotels, He has worked across brands with hotel chains such as Hilton Worldwide, Best Western International, Premier Inn, Millennium Hotels and Resorts and ITC Luxury Hotels.
